Instant Messaging

Quest 3 was great. I instant messaged Main's reference department. I wasn't sure if I was logging in correctly so I asked in my message if I was instant messaging the Main Library. I waited a few seconds and received a reply that yes I was connected to ccplhelp. I chatted with Pat Eager and he was very helpful. I asked if I could have my interlibrary loan renewed that is due on the 18th. He asked me to hold on and within seconds told me that they could do that.
